I knew when I was planning the wedding that the last thing I wanted to do was also take on planning the details of the honeymoon. Enter Samantha! I had never used a travel agent before, but thanks to The Knot reviews, I reached out to Samantha just to get more information about the entire process. BEST DECISION! We talked on the phone to gather details about what Ben and I wanted for a honeymoon and then she provided the perfect number of options and we fell in love with all of them. We made our decision and after that I didn’t have to do ANYTHING else. I provided our information and we were all taken care of. Samantha checked in every few months and updated anything we needed and then right before sent us an incredibly thorough information packet that was so helpful. We had the best time on our honeymoon and every moment of it was exactly what we had hoped for. When we returned home, Samantha had sent us the most beautiful flower arrangement and it was everything combined with even these smallest touches that reminded me that reaching out to Samantha was definitely one of the best decisions I made in this whole process. If you need a travel agent, I cannot recommend her enough. I’m sure we will be a repeat customer!
My wife and I had used planners in the past with mixed results for multiple trips in Europe. This had caused us to take on all planning on our own with even worse results. Well, Sam changed our world. She was awesome to work with from our initial call where she helped us narrow down trip destinations based on what we wanted to do and for how long. Yes, she plans trips around what YOU want to do and what best fits YOUR schedule, rather than hers, how awesome is that?!?!?! From flights, to finding us the perfect all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, Sam was consistently checking up with us to see if we wanted to add or subtract excursions throughout our time in Mexico. And let me tell you, she picked the best all-inclusive resort we've ever visited where we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. Best birthday trip ever! But the truest test of Sam's commitment was her calling to check in on us to let us know our flight had been canceled on the way out. This happened before the airline even let us know while we were waiting at the check-in gate. She got our concern as was ready to help us find a hotel to bridge the gap. People, you are in good hands! I'll be on the phone with Sam when we're ready to plan our next trip. And so should you.
We had an amazing time! At Disney World, the boys absolutely loved the water slides, pool, splash pad on the ship as well as the pool at the Beach Club Villas - your recommendation was exactly what they like! From there, the boys loved the Disney cruise even more than the park - they didn't want to leave the ship! This was a great experience for all three generations together - what great memories we all made together.
My husband and I had never personally worked with a travel planner or planned a vacation to this extent. Samantha understood our every want/need and helped us plan an amazing honeymoon to St. Lucia. Samantha booked the resort, flights, and excursions, and everything went as smooth as it possibly could. We are a station wagon drive to vacation type of family and this was our first cruise ever. Samantha did a great job making sure we got a great experience. This cruise exceeded our expectations and we still can't get over our room on board - it was very spacious! Royal Caribbean had great food and great service throughout our 5 day cruise too.
